Overview
You are about to book our family-friendly detached house in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the grocery shops (bakers, butchers, supermarkets) as well as the open meadows, forests and fields in 750m altitude. Comfort is guaranteed: timelessly renovated with upscale amenities and inspired by caring hearts.
The spacious house and the large private garden is yours alone! Expect to find all you need to have a perfect stay for one or two families with small and large children or as an adult travel-group up to 8 people plus one infant.
The Living Space
Ground floor: Spacious living-dining area. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Antique dining table. Warming fireplace (fueled centrally with heating oil). The comfortable sofa invites you to relax and enjoy the home theatre system or the piano being played. An office space adjoins to the conservatory. Guest toilet. WiFi.

The Sleeping Space
First floor with 3 bedrooms and a spacious bright bathroom. Room 1: One king-size (200 x 200 cm) comfort bed ("Hüssler Nest"). Room 2: Double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a desk. Room 3: Two single beds (90 x 200 cm), children's books and toys for use and a desk. For the seventh person, a mattress can be placed on the floor.
Basement: with one bedroom and a laundry room.
Room 3: Double bed (160 x 200 cm), desk and Smart TV.
Laundry room: washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Outside Space
Garden: Detached house surrounded by a garden with two shady apple trees. A barbecue is available. Two parking spaces on the property and further free street parking. WiFi.

The freestanding house is surrounded by a large garden. There are two parking places in the yard in front of the house.

Direct Booking
Chose your dates and number of guests. Complete your contact details und submit the "request to book" button. Rates include 7% VAT and payment is via credit card. We will send you the booking confirmation directly after the booking.
Should you prefer other payment options (e.g. bank transfer) then please send us an email with your requested arrival date, nights and guest details. In that case you will need to complete your bank transfer within 24 hours after submitting your booking request (see detailed rental conditions here). Thank you.
